Nice Hotel with large room

My check-in was a breeze, no problem at all, It was quiet and u can hear the wind blowing. Although misty at time but very fresh air all the time. Even the trip to Genting Highland was easy and fantastic. The swimming pool was warm and relaxing. Overall the trip was very refreshing and rejuvenation.

We are really like this hotel, but the location is too far from themepark and firstworld for children fun place.
The shuttle bus from awana to firstworld is always crowded by people.
The pickup loacation and drop location in firstworld is too far from lobby

We stayed at Awana because we wanted to take the Skyway to Genting Highland. The Hotel has the perfect location and ideal temperature but unfortunately it is old and musty. The room only has basic facilities. Do not expect anything extra. It has potential to be an ideal location for a perfect vacation. But too bad. They don't seem to think so. Ohh another thing, they really really need to change the Mattress. It is OLD and hard..

The room we had was a good sized room with a verandah having a pool sight view and the furniture seems new. The bathroom had a bath tub + shower with a strong water pressure.
Buffet breakfast had a reasonable choice of food.
We like the location best as it is just a short walk to Suria KLCC in Petronas Twin Towers and Ampang Point selling inexpensive goods.

Shuttle bus service to and fro to both first world hotel and skyways were really helpful

Room conditions were not the best what we expected for that price. Hotel has not any upgrading for about 10+. Years. But location was very convenient and that justified the value a bit. Nice surrounding but need bit more attention to gardening updating some of the facilities.

The location of the hotel is great surrounded by nature, calm, peaceful and quite. Unfortunately, the hotel service was not up to expectations as the service was not prompt and room amenties were very poor and limited. We'd expected a better facility and service for the amount paid. The positioning of the furnitures expecially television in the condo's could have been better. Gym facilities were also very poor

It was a disaster. It is really not qualify for 4 star at all. I stayed many 4 star hotels, none of them as bad as this one. Not recommend to go!

Nice, comfortable hotel, not far from KL. With enough facilities i.e. swimming pool, tennis court, spa, driving range. Live band could be better though, by belting newer songs rather than that of 70s..
It is fun to swim during midday, when the sun is shining to even out the rather low temperature.
Breakfast is good considering the high volume of guests.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask the bus/shuttle driver whether he is going to Skyway or Genting. Otherwise you might waste your time.
