Lovely hotel but old hotel

with the noisy air cond compressor sound.
and the swimming pool hot water is out of service for two days, we are disaapointed because we are repeated customer for this hotel.

Nice 2 queen beds Room
I like the most is the bed configuration, 2 x queen size bed and the room temperature and hot pools

this is our 3 time here. but this time round we have to change the room in middle of the night (2am) due to electrical fault. the 1st room has a very nice view at level 17. but the 2nd room does not have a view at all except the hill.

We love the hotel enviroment with fresh air & cool climate, the club suite is comfortable also but we prefer the ground floor is mush better, but the room is not available for our chech-in.
for the nest coming holiday, we prefer to stay at awana genting again

Wonderful hotel with good restaurent

Its an lovely resort with beautiful golf course , food quality amazed us.Also hourly shuttle service to genting highland till morning hour was very nice.
Travel tip:
must check the shuttle timings and after 10.30 pm shuttle from highland is from lobby not bus stand

breakfast has many varieties and for vegetarian as well
kids enjoy the pool with heater

many restaurant with variety of food available at GohTong jaya, some where about 5km away

Best Accomodation with Reasonable Rate

I propose that this hotel was chosen as budget hotels and many amenities provided such as swimming pool, golf course, grocery store with reasonable price, korean store as well. The rooms in good condition, cozy, nice view especially early in the morning and equipment rooms are arranged properly.The cons only the hotels less provide signage and way to go to the lobby difficult to reach. The workers not fluently in Bahasa Melayu or English especially in giving directions.
