was forced to stay here because hotels at the top were full
staff friendly and check in was fast
rooms are big and view is superb,balcony is moderate
bathroom was clean
bed was hard and not comfortable,good for people with back problems

Awana is not four star hotel you correction your self Agoda offer four star hotel. I think this is one star hotel because Room condition worst furniture more than 20 years old and Bathroom accessories very bad and rusty water leakage not stop I complained but they ignored better Agoda revise check and than post on Web Thanks

We stayed at 26th floor and the mountain view was superb! Spacious room with 2 queen size beds. perfect for a family of four. Had complimentary breakfast! Staff needs to be more friendly though.
