Hotel with great location, weather & service.
The weather, the scenery & the chicken wings from Lobby Lounge!

We were given a high floor room with great views. Check in was a breeze and we enjoyed the music and food at the Lobby Lounge. Kids love the warm pool and cool weather! Food at Rajawali can be better improved. Spacious room with clean basic toilet.

They were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite which was huge.

The hotel has seen better days. The rooms are old and musty. There is no free Internet access except for terminals at the lobby.

Big room space and quiet location.

Has to wait hourly bus to go theme parks, casino, farms, dinner places.
Nothing to fancy to do at the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is good place for golfer. Weekend green price is expensive.

Awana is the hotel I will look forward each time I visited Genting. The view from this hotel is amazing. But unfortunately I was quite saddened with the attitude of the front office that I approached during my arrival. I reached Awana at 12pm, went straight to the reception area to check in, was told all the rooms are not ready. We waited for more than an hour till I approached them again. Again they told me that all the rooms are not ready as the guest has not check- out yet. They didn't even offer me any help with my luggage and give me any suggestion what to do while waiting for 3 hrs before my rooms are ready. My 3 hrs of waiting is so tiring and wasted!!
Restaurant Tip:
Room service not available. Got to drag my tired body down to the restaurant to get food!!

we quite enjoy the stay in this hotel. it is quite convenient for parking. the staff is nice and kind. the room is very big and quite clean but a little bit old. if u hv a car, it should not be a problem to drive up the hill. it is just a 10 to 15 minutes drive.
