We had a nice view from our room. The heated pool and the beautiful mountain view. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Wide variety of food. They have a couple of restaurant. We tried the restaurant somewhere near the drop off point. Everything was deliciously served. Especially the dessert. Highly recommended.
One more thing, should try the reflexology. Worth every penny!!
Travel tip:
The roads leading to the hotel was easy to follow through and it is safe.

Great location but dirty rooms

The staff at re emotion not help full. The one room condo given to us very smelly and dirty and well below standard of 4 star hotel. TVs were obsolete tube tvs. No wifi in the room. Hotel needs lot of renovation and upgrade to bring it to 4 star rating. Standard of cleaning is like 2 start hotel.

Great Rooms but location was inconvenient

Hourly shuttle buses to genting highlands was nice, however frequency should be increase during peak periods. Limited seating and no standing passagers allowed due to safety, boarding the bus is tough. Meals break time for driver were extremely long (3 hours), unable to shuttle between hotel and genting highland during these break time.

The stay in hotel is not too bad. They do provide 1hourly or half-hourly shuttle bus Service, depending on the route to anyway or first world hotel.
Usually, we will just drive all the way up to stay in one of the hotels near theme parks but we do not get to be in cable car. So, we decided to stay in this hotel instead.
But the queue is quite long but fast moving. There is nothing much to see, except an experience for the kids. But thanks goodness that there is no one taking cable car on the return trip at night. However, we waited for the shuttle bus to bring you back to hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
For those with young kids and those who want to try their luck in casino, this hotel is not suitable for you as unable probably rest and resume playing. But the double Queen size bed is a plus point.

huge hotel, basically a 5 star, buffet Breakfast is the highlight.
sporty activities are in abundance, inculding 18 hole golf course.
worth staying here for couple of nights. free bus shuttle service available from hotel to genting skyway (cable car).

The receptionist (Ros) was very rude and no manase in handling customer during registration. No smile and welcome note despite. The registration was very messy and i dont like the registration counter at all. Others are very good. Thanks for introducing this hotel.
