Stayed in a room on the 17th floor, facing golf course; nice view. Room condition - generally acceptable; suggest to install a flat screen TV. A wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food served at Rajawali restaurant is a plus point.

Reach there a bit late but the hotel receptionist assist a lot to process my booking and proceed with the registration.
The room is big compared to many hotel. The room consist of two queen size bed and one nice view balcony.
The only things that the management should improve is the parking bay for hotel guests. The distance is quite far and the number of bays is limited.

the hotel is good for relaxing if you intend to stay few days faraway of the city crowed ,
if your main aim to visit getting and enjoy the them park , you are not advised to stay at awana
for me it was a public holiday , the place was crowded , transportation from awana to genting them park was not easy .
Travel tip:
The place is good for relaxing .
Try to get a room on high floor to enjoy the view , weather and avoid the noise of cars an motorbikes passing by genting road .

efficient check in and out staff, efficient elevator, big beds, money worth,

staff from housekeeping to lobby staff are helpful and cheerful. it is a quite old hotel but well maintain. breakfast buffet was one of the best and enjoyed. a convenient place with free shuttle bus service within the awana vicinity.
rooms for improvements -
lightings in the room are dim
weak internet connection or frequent server breakdown
upgrade tv to plasma/lcd
shuttle bus behind schedule, waited for more than 1hr
overall, my family and i enjoyed our 2 nighrs stay

The room is spacious enough for a family of 4.

The scenery from our bedroom window was a disappointment. Though we've requested for higher floor but our requirement was not met. Should consider providing free WiFi in the hotel.

The room was just nice for two people only. The living room and bathroom were big and comfortable. However, the checking in process was slow and the receptionists were not very friendly may be due to peak season.
The hotel provided shuttle bus to Genting Highland and skyway. The bus schedule were followed timely.
Located at Gotong Jaya which provide convenience to the eaters.

overall the stay in here even though short , but it memorable. with the new deco at the tower room and great service of all staff (except for the bell boy which didnt acknowledge my family at first stage) . the breakfast was OK and variety of food found.

Quiet Room with a Very Beautiful View

We arrived at the hotel and found it to be very peaceful. Surrounded by a golf course, the hotel offers views of mountainsides & fresh air. The interior has a pond bursting with kois. Plus, the checkout process is simply by dropping your keycards into the bin provided. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay with peace & quiet.
