Overall, a good experience of staying in Awana Genting. Whether possible to increase some recreational facility, such as Karaoke, rental of bicycle-prefer those bicycle by 2 persons or can be played by 4 family members.

quite a quiet and relaxing place to stay. this is recommended to increase the sport facility, such as rental of bicycle, especially which can be enjoyed together by 2 persons or 4 persons, i think this is a good selling point for those travellers especially those in family.

overall the stay was comfortable & we have a great time there. the shuttle bus to genting hill / the hotel is puncture.
however, the buffet food placement was a bit disorder and need went round & far to take the food & drink.

I never expect there is such a good hotel nearby Genting highland especially the room. It gave a lot of space for my 1 year old baby to crawl and play around. It has a lovely balcony that allow me to have a cup of coffee in such cosy weather too. However i am not satisfied for some staff performance because they gave wrong information when I asked some questions about the hotel.

Amazing location for golfers
Location, nice views, good bus connectivity with other genting hotels.

Place is good for the golfers. Upper genting hotels get booked fast but this hotel will have generally availability at premium .
The place gets expensive on long weekends , that time you might feel it not worth for it.
You end paying about for 4-5 star room, but the hotel service & maintance is 3 star level.
You might win some money in casino ( As I did ), and recover some hotel cost.

Awana is always a great place to relax with good company! There was live music and a bar downstairs which was awesome. There is also a pool table for those who like to play pool and the mango shake is awesome.

the location is very nice, pleasent, with all facilities and spacious. nice to stay with family, wonderfull views from room, excellent breakfast buffet. but when going family with child check the booking status and confirm for extra person.

Suitable for family stay for weekends and holidays. Kids love the swimming pool facilities with the slides & Jaccuzzi very much. COntinue to upkeep the hotel for future return stay again!
