The room is big with 2 queen size beds and clean. Housekeeping is okay in turnaround to bring the cot.
TV is dated and limited programmes.
Food is okay and pricing wise for dinner is reasonable.

this is the best ever hotel i have lived in. the waitresses are very friendly and helpful, they are patient to your questions. the check out is relly fast, you only need to hand in your room cards. the hotel is in the half-way of genting highland, so it is very quiet and also has a good view. the facilities in the room is very good. the buffet breakfast tastes well.
Travel tip:
Get up early to enjoy your buffet breakfast at a better view, so you can have good food as well as beautiful sightseeing. Make your schedule adapted to the shuttle bus.

the 2 queen size beds provided in their rooms, clean and spacious and awesome view from balcony

When there to celebrate 5 years anniversary and it was a good stay. we stayed in to cuddle and watch running man in the room . Room has 2 queen size beds which is a good deal. However, toilet is quite small and also wifi service was bad. Overall good stay :)

The Awana Genting is located 10mins away from First World with rooms that seem tired but clean with comfy beds and a killer view of the Golf course fairway 26 floors below.
Staying at this hotel gives one a chance to have a leisurely breakfast before catching the shuttle bus starting at 0900 hrs for the 10 min ride to Genting or the Awana cable car station.
Breakfast spread here is reasonable, caters to most food types and service is fast and with a smile.
Overall I was happy to stay even though for a night because it was value for money.

awana was a lovely place to stay, if you need a quiet and relaxing place to go. it is a good deal for deluxe room in 4 star standard hotel, big room with 2 queen size bed.
they provide free shuttle to first world every hour until midnight and also free shuttle to genting skyway so you can take cable car to genting highland.
waitress should have more training on etiquette with customers and they work very slow to clean up the table during breakfast hours.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must go to theme park and also casino for sure

2 Queen size bed and availability of a bathtub in rooms. Very good breakfast spread too.

Very courteous front office personnel during check-in. Since the room comes with 2 Queen size bed, it gave me and my kids more space to sleep in comfort. The breakfast spread was awesome with a variety of choices (local & international food).

The hotel is located away from the happening areas like casino, theme park. If you like a relaxing and quiet holidays, this the hotel is for you for weekend getaway. The hotel does provide bus shuttle to New world hotel hourly for FOC.
