Room was spacious and amenities were available easily (Watsons was nearby in the hotel)

The buffet breakfast was horrible, and the whole dining area felt more army camp than holiday destination. We have to queue up for 20 mins to get fried eggs or french toast. It took the staff like 10-15 mins to refill any items that was finished. Overall very messy and unpleasant.

I fairly liked the room we were given, as being a superior deluxe room, it was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. However, what really turned me off was the breakfast buffet every morning. The food tasted horrible, and the queues to get the food was absolutely crazy! I've travelled to many places and eaten at many buffet breakfasts, but this has to be the worst. I had to queue up for 20 mins to get freshly made french toasts, and another 20 mins for my fried egg omelettes. The staff took an average of 10-15 mins just to replenish food that had finished. The worst breakfast experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Restaurant Tip : Don't bother waking up early if you are planning to have the free breakfast buffet. MacDonald's or any other restaurant would be a much better idea. Even cup noodles might be a better idea that the breakfast buffet.

Hmmm I guess location but then again there is nothing to do but go though malls and a small theme park near by. Friendly staff.

Where do I start. Got 2 beds for a couple. Took 45mins to check in. Cheap rooms cheap beds.

If you like casinos or theme parks or have kids then go there otherwise useless....

Travel tip : Beware
