It took 1hr 25 minutes to check in, had to wait for a number received from another desk, sat in crowded reception area. The room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no cupboard, no jug. The window was large but looked straight into the room opposite about 10 feet away and appeared to be situated in a deep well which let no light in at all. This was the deluxe room, god knows what you get for less.
The only good thing was the ride up in the cable car but if I had known would have gone straight back down and driven somewhere else.
Cheapish, nice toilet/bathroom.
long check in, no fridge, no cupboard, 34 cm TV, no view.

I must say the staff is friendly and well trained. The hotel really can handle lots of customers. It is cheaper than other hotels, and it is newer than others. It will be the best hotel in Genting if the hotel can decide to open more counters for check-in. The facilities are all in a good condition, big space for the customers. Please change the type of food - it is boring.
It is clean.
The hotel is too noisy and it is far from my room to the lift, had to walk till I was really tired. During check-in, the staff works really slow, they served 100+ people and made us wait for two hours. We paid thats why had to wait or else I would just walk away to another hotel. The food at the restaurant was boring. I paid MR50 for buffet dinner and it only had a few type of food
- Hotel Feature Tip : Don't spend money at the restaurant. Try to go to other hotels as the check-in speed is like a tortoise, really!
