Stayed there last week for 2 nights during the year end holiday, and it was very crowded. Stayed in Tower 2 room # 8818 not too nice as located far on the back and close to the generator so very noisy especially at night. The room is quite big rather than the Tower 1 rooms. They have safety deposit box,...

Great location to stay. CHeck in queue is long but easy check out procedure. Not comfortable with the smoking room. Not aware that it is smoking room as it was not ask during check in.

Smart check in and check out services, easy get warm and cool drinking water, reasonable price and suitable for couple and family. I was suprise that they are improved their check in and check out system that I never been seen before, it only took me few minutes to check in and few second to check out the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very near too indoor and outdoor theme park.

easy access to the parks, food easily available, most of all very friendly and helpful staffs

initially there was a little hiccup but i guess i must thank the receptionist staff(88065122 - i forgot her name)for all her patience and aid. the rooms were small but cosy and enough for a 2-day stay. for the next visit, this hotel will still be my first choice!
Restaurant Tip:
the Hainan restaurant (located a floor above the hotel lobby, right the escalator) is good - perfect coffee!

During the stay, kids felt happy caused can play a lot of things at the playing park, unfortunately they have to queue quite a long time every time they want to enter a play especially the out door ones, and it's quite rainy that make the out door unable to play. Quite frustrating for the kids.
Hotel service itself is quite good, there are a lot of lifts available, so that we don't have to wait too long to go up and down.
Travel tip:
Kindly properly booked your room prior arrival to avoid long line queue for room check in.

Check in counter very crowded, but they have special counter for world club room, so we need not to wait too long for check in, and can check out through check out machine. very convenient.

many shops but price quite expensive
