This was our first time staying in this hotel even though we have visited Genting Highlands on numerous occasions. Starbucks, Watson's Personal Store, Public Bank and the entrance to the Indoor Theme Park were all conveniently located in the hotel lobby. The front office personnel were very helpful and friendly whilst the housekeeping staff were very thorough and efficient. All in all, we were rather satisfied and happy with the hotel and had a pleasant stay.

It has been a hassle to check. i gave this voucher to my sister as a giftbut she has problem to check in as the receptionist wants the person who bought the voucher to be there. my sister has to me and i have to confirm that i am the one who bought this and asked to let mey sister to check in. the same goes duirng the check out as the receptionist refused to refund the deposit and wants the person who bought the voucher to be present and again, I have call the hotel to confirm this. troublesome if you want to present the voucher to third party.

I've been to genting for a quite a few times now, the hotel lobby is always packed with people, and even though it was very busy, a lot of customers wanted to check in, the service is still maintain very good & very fast service. They really help us when we are in need to check in the check in kiosk. The hotel is very convenient, near to the hotel, although have not much choices of places to go, there are alot of activities we can do there..and alot of awesome shops & foods there..but very expensive but however the place is a good experience.
