Worst hotel I have stayed at

This hotel is suited to a backpacker but too expensive for that. My room was awful I would never stay here again.
I paid to be upgraded to a better room, the staff on checkin at counter nbr 29 was rude and not very friendly at all.
The food was very basic and only used my breakfast voucher once.
Hotel is very noisy and too busy as the standard rooms are designed for cheap traveller so they are jammed packed into those floors.
Rooms look nothing like they do on website.
I would not recommend this hotel
I must say thou that the cleaners were really lovely.

Our stay at the World Club room is just wonderfull. Room is quite BIG compared to the normal room in the Hotel. Whats more, comes with bath tub and a small window by the tub where u can enjoy yr soak with a great view. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was good without the huge crowd u get at the normal breakfast area. World club room guests get to enjoy their breakfast in comfor and a great view.

So far the first world hotel have a great hotel,but small rooms.Just go down can got any more,shopping,food,playing game and more.Poor is the hotel no provide toothbrush and tooth paste,can not believe.Hope this hotel can improved.And the breakfast not too delicious,but can eat.

Room facilities were all functioning properly, but I had expected a better room allocation as i was given the corner unit which was at the far end of the hotel. Couldn't really get much of the cold air from outside as the corner unit was blocked by part of the structure of the hotel.
Newspaper was offered during check-in and received it the next morning outside the door.
Breakfast provided at FWC was very simple fare without much variety to choose from.
Overall still satisfied with the quality of the room since it was well maintained and was a comfortable environment.

Had a pleasant stay at First World Hotel. The room is very cosy with beautiful scenery and the check-in/check-out process is very hassle-free. Conveniently located near the theme park. Will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Genting.
Restaurant Tip:
First World Plaza which is located within the hotel is a food haven. But for those who are on budget trip, don't be surprised that a cup of tea costs RM5. So you may have to consider bringing additional cash or sachets of tea bags/coffee/sugar/creamer.

we got a room in tower-2 on 16th floor. room is too small and provide buffet breakfast. long q for check-in. rest is good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take aero bus to from genting highland to lcct or kuala lumpur airport. its cheaper than the taxi.
