i already stay with nice view in mountain peak. i alredy recommend my friends to come there. i late to know, so when i booked the hotel with high price.

there was no hassle of check-in. upon arriving, go straight to the self service check-in service station. with the id number, you will receive your door ticket and straight away proceed to your room, without joining the long queue. the receptionist were helpful and service with a smile. the rooms were well maintained and clean. service were a door step ahead. the view was facing the main attraction, the theme park itself! it was a great experience for us.

Great location and good check in and out service .
spacious space for 2 adult and 3 kids.( 1 kid sleep on the sofa )

during our stay,we faced 2 problems. the bath tub was blocked,and one of the socket was broken.but the workers there are helpful and willing to let us change to another room.

very convenience hotel for Theme Park

Huge hotel, we booked 2 World Club rooms for 3 nights. Checking in for World Club room is a breeze, breakfast is at 24th floor, exclusively for World Club room residents, good selection of food. Checking out takes seconds using the check-out machine at the lobby. Anyone intend to visit Genting Theme Parks(outdoor & indoor) should stay in this hotel. If it rains or if you are tired, could just pop back to your room for a rest. World Club rooms are big with 2 double beds, nice comfy beds. I will definately stay here again.

The Superior Deluxe room offered to us was on 14th Floor ! Good Breakfast & Dinner served in restaurant @ First Hotel ! Enjoyed the stay at Genting Highland !!

The only good point : Good location.
Withdrawals :
Small rooms - no space to move about.
Small toilets.
Toilet / Shower room lighting poor.
Shower - only rain shower. Not suitable for babies & toddlers
Some form of security need to be stepped up.
When we were walking back to our room at about 9pm + : could see a few bare bodies men sitting by the doorway - smoking & drinking.
TV station - poor. No good selection of TV channels to watch for kids & adults.
Poor TV reception too.
Small TV.
Travel tip:
Place is good if you only want to visit casino and return to hotel room for nap / sleep.

We will definitely go there again.
The location is great since we have kids who can enjoy the indoor theme park.
You can just go down from the hotel and kids can enjoy the rides without worrying the weather out there. It was raining almost everyday during our stay so it was the best choice of hotel for us because you do not need to walk too far for your meals & the activities for the kids.
We were very much concern about the hygiene because we were travelling with young kids, but First World Hotel do not fail us with the in-room clean toilet and bath tub.
