Nice and clean room
Comfort and spacious, suitable with young children.

Staying at WorldClub Room. Like the setup of the room as it gave spacious for children to play around. Another good things is the clean toilet.
Definitely will be going there again in the future.

we have stayed in first world hotel before in its deluxe rooms. had quite a bad impression of it then because the room was extremely small and the check-in process was way too long. however, this time round, we booked the world club room and didn't regret at all. our room is very spacious and comes with 2 double beds, just nice for our family of 4. there is also a breakfast lounge just for world club guests. breakfast spread is reasonable and pretty delicious. check-in was a breeze this time. if we were to visit genting again, will definitely stay at first world again, but only world club room !

Special request not entertained by hotel?

1) Small room with low class room accomodation (no wi=fi) not worth compare to room high price.
2) Small tv in the wold class hotel? Even small room motel in Danok, Thailand with price RM80/night can provide us with big plasma TV.
3) No bathtub? How come?
4) Already request to have better room with nice view but not been asked at all during registration at front counter. Not friendly staf!!!!
5) World class hotel with no private park for hotel guest? Its suck!

We bought the international show package with buffet breakfast at first world cafe. We were quite disappointed with the breakfast as there was nothing much when we got there around 9.45am. Also, the food was just so so. Room is deluxe but very cramp and basic. However, location wise First world is convenient to shops and places to eat.

Is a worth to money stay in this world club room hotel. Breakfast is separately serve in 28th floor which meant for world club guest. You also no need to wait for long during check in as they have a special check in counter for this world club room guest. It is spacious which will be a good choice to those who went with family. Please give it a try if you are the type that willing to spend a little more for convenient and confort

it was my first visit and the impreesion goona last a very long time. Especially for families with kids, you will spoilt for choice all round. Different eatery serving various cuisine, multi entertainment for kids and adults and both indoor and outdoor facilities to explore etc. Not forgetting the sale of unlimited access to all facilities. Even the outdoor weather is always cools and comfortable. Will visit again.

after staying one night at maxim hotel we moved to this hotel because of no space at the former hotel. this hotel is located adjacent to the theme park, where loudy screaming voice
bothered us until late night. so for those who wish to rest in peace this hotel will not be most suitable.

My husband n I bring my two children to Genting highlands. This is the first time we stay in first world hotel world club room. Compare with others hotel in genting, this time I found it is very suitable for my children to stay in because very calm at night, totally no noisy sound at all... My children sleep very well at night. Drinking water (hot water I need to make milk for children) is very convenient to get in the hotel . The breakfast environment is good. Not so crowded n food suitable for children n adult. But this room type not easy to book due to very limited number of rooms. Last time, I failed to book. This time I book two months earlier of my departure date.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
One stop for shopping , playing and eating.
