Big and busy hotel
Fast check-in service and fast check out process. Kiosk machines to checkout are alot and also being assists by staff.

Comfortable and clean room. Nearer and easy access to everywhere.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
One day is just not enough to enjoy everything at Genting. 3 days will be great.

I am stayed at superior deluxe room, the room was clean and comfort. However, the breakfast of the hotel still have room for improvement, lack of choices, taste not good.

Hotel with indoor theme park facility

First of all, hotel is good with indoor theme park facility. So we don't need to go out from hotel area. Secondly, the check in process needs long time due to many guest having check in at the same time. The number of check in machine counter should be increased to reduce waiting time. All in all, I enjoyed stay at this hotel and I will stay again at this hotel.

Easy and convenient access to all the theme park and casino. You can just walk to Casino within 5minutes from your hotel room. Unfortunately, the room is so simple with no decoration at all. The wall is dirty seems like the maintenance team does not clean the room well. It has a very strong Cigarette smell when i first enter the room. I have to come down to the convenient store personally to buy a Air Fresher to remove the smell in the room. Summary, the location is good but the room condition is bad.

genting is a cooling place.. is a good place to stay away from the busy city... i go on off peck timing.. so the q to get your room card is not long... and first world hotel got a self check in/out machine.. so is a plus point... the room quite nice.. all i can say is what price you paying.. what kind of room u will get... advice is get a better room for family or couple trip.. for those just go gamble onli.. cheap room will do..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
at there... best is if you can have a heavy rain there... and you will can have a more cooling trip...

clean room, good location and value for money.

First of all , the price is good.
Good location on the mountain. It was a bit cold at night but very quiet.
Easy acess to the casinos and late night resturant.
The breakfast is a bit below average.
The facilities are old but useful.
The bath room is very slipery when wet, please be caution.
