satisfied.worth every penny spent. very beautiful scenery plus the very fresh air that will make you don't want to leave this place. enjoy your vacation with your family at the theme park with lots of exciting games that suits every level of ages. try the space shots and the spider coaster before you leave it.

in the top of genting highlands

The staff is unfriendly and the hotel is very crowded.The hotel have a great location, because it directly connected to bus station and connected with the first world plaza. the hotel has many restaurants, stores, indoor and outdoor theme park.
Restaurant Tip:
You can find cheaper restaurant outside the hotel, the price is 50% lower than inside the hotel

i really enjoyed my holiday in this hotel, very close to the indoor theme park, and mall. have a lovely buffet breakfast too.

world cup room for the best room,no need long queue to check in and have a different buffet breakfast room from another type of room

Every staff were very rude... Customer service a total zero... Even de staffs at de theme park were very rude n arrogant... Morning breakfast was horrible... The room looked very scary!
