Passagers Lift
The new tower 3 is nice n clean but the passagers lifts need to improve with speed n accurate capacity sensor.

Boring & Noisy Aircon
Only suitable for gambling. The central Aircon was so noisy on the ground that even staying 17th flr can't open the Windows to enjoy the cool breeze. Don't bother to bring kids.

Overated
The new wing at tower 3 is kinda overrated... every room is assigned by computer system and the staff seems reluctant to provide help when we were given a basement room (and we paid extra to get room with view)... how can you assign a basement room for a view? and why bother having counter where staff were standing but they simply referred you to the main booking system area when in the end only a 3 min access to the computer in front of them actually solve the problem...
