Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Lovely Room
They replenish all your hotel amenities even when you didn't use them
8.3
we booked the worldclub room because we know the standard room is pathetically small. worldclub is quite good. i think it's just like a usual 4* hotel room. the rooms consist of 2 single bed and dress table and a couch. the bathroom is nice though. we have a bathtub right next to the window facing genting hotel and the theme park. quite a nice view. we didn't drink anything provided in the fridge or use any bathing supplies provided by the hotel. but the hotel keep adding new supplies everyday. the breakfast buffet of worldclub guests is at the top floor lounge. separated with the usual buffet area. since the guests is quite little, the food is quite presentable not matter how late you eat the buffet (the common buffet downstairs is just plain disgusting, imagine sharing a buffet with thousand of people, yucks)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get yourself a Genting WorldCard to collect points on whatever things you spend on and exchange for a free meal or something.

Staff are polite. I requested to change a room due to bad view provided and counter check-in staff provided a good service because at least she is trying to look from the system. I was adviced to wait as room I wanted is waiting for cleaning. However, needed to wait for about 1 1/2 hours.

Value for money if you're a gambler.
Stay away if on a leisure trip.
4
My god. The check-in queues are bloody painful. And it doesn't matter if you're in early. The hotel is great value for money if you're a gambler who plans on playing all night and using the room for a few hours to sleep in. If you're on a leisure holiday trip where you might want to bum in your room, this is not the place to stay. Room is pretty small with the barest of basics, but fortunately clean. The newly renovated rooms save it from being rated one star. Hot water is available by dispenser in some floors which is a plus though.

Convenience hotel that you can afford.
Amazing views from the hotel room
9.3
- clean and cozy but limited space for hotel room
- acceptable waiting time for hotel registration
- big, spacious and semi-luxury hotel lobby
- two separate blocks that produce approximately more than 100
rooms
- walking distance to plaza, restaurant and themes park
- elevator very cramp during check out times
- hotel lobby very crowded especially during peak and super
peak period

Big room
Close to eateries and shopping

We were amazed by the size of the room. Check in was fast. The mountain view was nice and refreshing especially in the morning. The furnitures in the room were old and there were limited tv channels on the box tv. The breakfast corner have limited selection and food was so so only. The gal who helped at the express check out koisk looked unfriendly and totally have no smile, could have put more vibrant people on the front line.
