Very nice hotel with fresh air and great service

room is very comfortable and nice for honeymoon, a lot people there and nice hotel customer service. we felt great body when wake up early with fresh air outside hotel. hotel equipment also great function with bath tab but a little tv channel and old tv inside room..hahaha..i felt great traveling there and want to come again. thanks agoda

Affordable hotel with neat and tidy room

the waiting time for check in is quite lengthy (about 1 hour) due to numerous travellers. we took a number and from the current number being served, knew that it would take about 45 mins to 1 hour. so we went for a walk / lunch and got back in time for check in. the rooms in tower b are nice and neat. hot and cold water is publicly available in the hotel corridors. satisfactory and affordable.

world club only way to go

huge room. quick check in at counters 1 and 2 if you are in a world club room, otherwise you have to line up and take a ticket to be checked in which can take up to an hour (so spend extra for the world club room). the breakfast in the world club lounge was excellent and hassle free as the service was excellent and choices were fantastic and freshly cooked.
world club rooms are on the 24th floor tower 1 and so is the lounge so getting to breakfast was easy!!

Lovely hotel with clean rooms

Service was prompt and we managed to get a room at storey 26. The room was clean and spacious, it was indeed value for money. We even managed to get a queen size bed for our stay. Toilet was very clean as well. Would definitely recommend it and return again.

room comes with bath tub, couch, queen size bed, huge tv, personal set of toiletries. it was spacious. world club room entitle travelers to express check in so we can skip the hassle of queueing. good view at storey 27.
