Very big hotel with so many rooms

We got an "old" room, it's not too comfortable, just for simple rest/relax. The hotel is very big, we have to walk quite long to reach the room. Price is definitely cheap. It's worthed though.

the procedure to check in and check out is easy and not difficult for first timer customer like me to check-in

Restaurant Tip:
try the mushroom restaurant .Food tasted good and different from others.The staff attitude need to improve.

we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. the price is very affordable with good facilities. staffs were good. check out machines are very convenient and the location is very good(easy access to the mall)

I got the promotion price : super low fares (about 30 USD), booked 5 rooms. We took bus from Pudu terminal, around 1.5 hours. After that we took cable car, around 15 minutes. The view was magnificent. The check in was quick, only few queue , since I got there at 5 pm. We order non smoking rooms, but they could not provided. The rooms were small, the TV also small (14 inch). No Air conditioner, only a big ceilling fan. But the weather was cold and we were there to play. You got what you pay. If you want better room, go to Maxim hotel instead,

room was clean and spacious enough

it was a great place to stay in genting. it was crazily crowded when we got there but then the check in was so easy. we just need to go to the counter, then we are directed to the check in machine for our passport to be scanned. then, we directly got our room card from the machine. the check out was also the same. super easy. there's free shuttle bus from and to the genting highlands where the skypark is.
the food was average.
Travel tip:
There's nothing you can really do here unless you love the cool weather and gambling.
