Near to the theme park and food court

I fully satisfied of this hotel because it's near to the theme park and the most important thing the water heater is fully function. Beside that, the room is comfortable for my family with young children.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We can arrive at the outdoor theme park in 10 minute by walking.

All of my family enjoy very much. Only we not satisfied the breakfast given. In Vegetarian food got Dhall, Sambal But no roti canai or Tosai. So how to eat this?

My family and i was stay at this hotel for one night only but we can feel even one night or more we will choose this hotel becouse the place so strategic near to shoping,play all theme park whole day..no need to walk far also. I give 5 rating for the service to this hotel

The Best hotel for holiday

the best moment that i can't forget.. the people very wellcome.. they gave us so many sugestion to make my holiday very perfect.. i like the plaza.. so many place for shoping & play.. so many great restaurant.. the shuttle bus ready for us to travel arround genting.. this hotel make u want to stay there longer, & longer.. the first hotel u need to choose, is the first world hotel!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Enjoy the outdoor theme park.. When u have check out.. Save your bagage to the porter counter..

Hazzle free check in and check out. Well clean and maintenance.

reached @3pm. check in within 5-6 minutes. receptionist provided all details about buffet breakfast.
room is spacious. well maintained.
easy check out.
Restaurant Tip:
Lot of restaurant around. kopitiam is a better choice.

We are very pleased to stay at first world hotel. The hotel has quite big and clean room, good bathtub. Despite the many guests who want to check in but it is very quickly using the check in kiosks. Nice bakery shop at the lobby hotel, get 30% disc if you buy above 9.00 pm. If you order room with breakfast, you better go earlier for the breakfast because if you late, the eating room will be very crowded.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't buy outdoor theme ticket online, because you don't know the wheather when you arrive in genting highlands, sometimes it's foggy so you can't play outdoor

Room is clean and good , but the toilet to lack some supplies ,such like toothbrush and son on, beds are two single beds ,but when i booking is single King beds ,is not we want.

Breakfast is a huge headache, with hundreds of people fighting to get food. Quality, presentation, and selection of food very disappointing. Huge hotel with thousands of rooms, so somewhat expected already.
