Spacious rooms and convienient location.
spacious room, better than deluxe room. toilet is clean. very convienient location to theme parks and casinos. very closeby to restaurants that open till late night for snacks.

spacious room, better than i ecpected as its much much spacious than the room i had stayed in the same hotel before. toilet is clean. hairdryer is provided so is a safe, and other important stuff in rooms. very convienient location to theme parks and casinos as it's just a few minutes walk. very closeby to restaurants that open till late night for snacks. because me and my family was staying during festive season like chinese new year, there was many entertainments on stage and through out the hotel and first world itself.
Restaurant Tip:
As theres no internet or free wifi provided by the hotel, anyone going for a trip here should bring a laptop or a smart phone with a phone to one of the nearby coffe shops like Star Bucks which is just located at the entrance. Also, if theres too many people at Star Bucks, one can go to a nearby Mc Donalds in First World.

Hotel's location is good but rooms are very small but no view of outdoor location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have visited Amusement parks, you can easily skip Genting from your itenary.

Great Location but can be confusing
Located adjacent to the bus terminal, theme park, shopping complex, food outlets and casino were all downstairs

We were given this lovely corner room facing the them park with another corner window facing the mountains. The view was wonderful, the room spacious enough and the furniture weren't worn down. Everything was nearby, bus terminals, food outlets, shopping, theme park and casinos. My only negative comment is that check in can be really confusing. There weren't any hotel staff to guide you regarding thestep-by-step of checking in. The lobby was too crowded with tourist thus gives the appearance of being too chaotic. We had to drag all our luggages looking for signs/clues to check in. I hope they would improve on this e.g.. place step by step flyers/signs with large numbers on kiosks or place more staff to guide the confused guests through the process. Food at the buffet area (we had both breakfast and dinner) was so-so.
Travel tip:
Would highly recommend for those with kids or for young couples who enjoys theme parks and doesn't mind too much crowd.

We were there during Chinese New Year Period. There are too many peoples in the hotel. Hence to check-in the room, take a very long time. The check in counter only open at 7am. So there is no way to check in before that. The location is great as it is very near to the Casino and theme park. The room is clean as the size is just right. This is one of the most popular hotel in Genting, may be this is the reason why the check in take very long time. But they are quite organize since they are using queue number to check in.
