Was great hotel. New experience for me to stay in this largest hotel with 6000 rooms. Very quick check out, just confirm through check out machine on less than 5 minutes! Affordable breakfast, but didn't happy with the food court, so boring menus. Shops not interesting, kids were a bit boring and very dissapointed when we found that the snow world was under reconstruction
Travel tip:
There are cabs ready to take you to airport, help you much when you bring bag luggage, they have minibus

My room did not have a view of the mountains, but rather one which faced other rooms and it was quite a squeeze.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Request for a room in the new building, it's the same price, but the room is much bigger.

it was a great time to stay in your hotel with my two kids and we all got a very good night sleep. however, i would comment on your checking in management. probably your management should improve the time consuming in terms of providing your guest check into the room as quick as possible. otherwise everything is ok and good job. pls keep it up and good luck to all of your team. hope to see you soon in a mean time. regards, tommy mak and family

We stay for 1 night on 2nd January 2012,I booked three weeks before the date.Really lovely hotel in excellent location but i have to wait almost 3 hours during check in process. Hotel cleanliness is excellent but the room quite small. Anyway i love this hotel as i only have to go down stairs to bring my kid for indoor/outdoor games and shopping.

Very nice hotel. Even though it is rated as 3 star it has very high standards. Room and bathroom was very clean with clean towels and linen. Staff was very friendly.. excellent breakfast buffet at the World club restaurant with a verity of food.
There was a big queue for check-in. But for world club rooms there was a separate check-in counter, unfortunately we were informed about it later after standing for a long time at the queue for standard rooms.
The First World Hotel should improve more on their information and direction sign boards at the lobby.
Travel tip:
If you are going to Genting you I recommend you to stay in First World Hotel.. It is great value for your money and a comfortable stay. Remember to book the hotel well in advance..

I liked my room. It was big enough for my family. Please choose world club room .The room was clean and without AC. But the weather was very cold . Breakfast was common but staffs are friendly. Overall i was satisfied with this hotel

Please try shanghai 10 for chinese foods at mall.

i was very unhappy for choosing this hotel, i was waiting for 2 hours to check in , it was worse than a goverment office,the room that i booked is deluxe room but it was extremly small and i cant imagine how small is superior room. The service in this hotel doesnt looks good maybe its becouse very busy. I dont mind paying higher rate, i really regret ...
