Hotel for everyone

i guess the only negative aspect about the hotel is the breakfast buffet arrangement. its so cramp and while queuing for the ready cook food, the cooking(or deep fried oil smell) wil filter into your clothings. other than that, i have no comments.

Well, I browse the agoda site. The deluxe room in the picture shows 2 separated beds. I say, it is great to have since I sleep with my wife in one bed and the other bed will be utilized by my small kids.To my surprise, the Hotel gave us 2 single bed adjoining (meaning, 2 beds joint as one). I did not manage to go back to reception since I queued for 30 min to get a queue no and more than hour to take have my room. The travel agency was offering me much less price in their promotion. If I have know I will get the same room size or room set-up since it is same hotel I am booking.

Big Hotel but poor service
Lobby is big and the room size for Superior Deluxe is ok

Overall I do not agree that the Hotel can charge so much for the service given. Maybe there is too many room .We ask for extra Bed or blanket all don't have. Breakfast has to q for 300m and when finally u get to eat, most of the food need to q. It spend us 1hr just to eat the breakfast.

Gd location with great food

Check in was pretty fast prob because of being a worldcard member and type of rm. Rm service was available much to our surprise. Superior deluxe was reasonably comfortable for the three of us. Toilet was quite small though but managable. Food was great at the first world cafe with discounts for worldcard members. It was pretty very crowded at the indoor theme park because of sch holidays in s'pore and malaysia but we managed to cut through the crowd with express lane tickets. There was no shortage of food options avail. Mary Brown fast food was tasty. Since it was the monsoon season, the rain often spoilt our outdoor play but we managed an evening there. Overall it was a memorable and fun stay. Check out was super fast with their check-out kiosks.

Ask for tower 2 refurbished non-smoking rms.

Nice hotel with big room for Superior Deluxe
Restaurants, indoor and outdoor theme parks just nearby

The Superior Deluxe room at Tower 2 is much bigger (with view of the lovely hills) than the deluxe room at Tower 1 (which was so tiny with only 2 single beds and no view). Both adults and kids can enjoy the hotel's inddor park and outdoor theme park. The reception has endless queue and check-in took more than 45 minutes but staff is helpful. Overall above average room for the rate that we paid.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The indoor and outdoor theme parks are just a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel rooms. Be prepared for long wait at check-in queue during holiday season.

the ost enjoyable trip for my family. the theme park (indoor/outdoor) just fit to our time spent for 3 days. the room is excellent and clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
strawberry garden, theme park (indoor/outdoor), shopping as well and mostly the food.
