Great location but too overcrowd.

Not a good idea to have both shopping and the indoor theme park together at the same place. Long wait to play the ride. Food and stuff are very expensive. Hotel room not very clean. Curtain dirty and smelly.Should at least install a heater in the room.

this is quite big hotel with good location in genting highlands. the room is small but you may not need a bigger one because of spending most of time for outside entertainment. check in and check out are easy for customers in a large lobby area.. the evening therfore was eventful. however, the rooms are small and some basic amenities, like drinking water, tea/coffee makers etc are missing. the matter that disturbed me most is the long time for check in - it took about 90 mins to check in. overall, the hotel can be rated as good and i enjoyed the stay with my family. great value for money!
Shopping Tip:
The price are quite high.can buy some snack or drive before travel to genting highland .

Short but enjoyable stay
Much bigger room space compared to the normal standard/superior rooms

first time staying at world club, what a difference compared to the normal standard or supeiror rooms, of course at the difference of pricing also. liked the quick check in counter, the breakfast at the top floor where i can enjoy the fresh air from the window while having my breakfast. room itself is very spacious, fully equipped

There is tower 1 and 2. We have previously been there and know that what you pay is what you get. Tower 1, I think, and should be, still unrenovated. Tower 2 is where the renovated, better rooms, are. So if u think that you hve gotten a cheap deal, probably they will assign you to tower 1. So do keep that in mind. Anyway their hotels are pretty cheap, so it is definitely to pay more for better rooms, cause' the unrenovated ones are in pretty bad condition.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Really good hotel. Had a wonderful stay with stunning views outside and very good comfort in the room. The hotel cafe had vast selections and great tastes. the checking in and checking out process was smooth considering that it was was a huge hotel. Loved the accomodation and the service. will definately come back to stay in this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Not much of indian vegetarian eatery choices around in genting. Carry some ready to eat stuff. The hotel food courts are the only resorts otherwise (bit expensive though)

The room were clean, and large, everything was well equip, except that they do not have extra blanket and outside was very cold. However, they gave us extra bed linen as blanket.
