stay was a very pleasant stay , staffs are friendly , we reacched at 6 o clock in the morning and we get room by 6:30 what else you want from the hospitality

this hotel is very lovely and have a lot of attraction. all my family loves to stay at first world hotel, becauce all we need is found at the location, it is beautiful place to holiday, it have the big indoor and outdoor theme park. my children very enjoyed the holiday. and if you want to play at casino you can find so many casino there. the weather is cold and fresh. love to go back again...

It's nice, but since the weather is too cool; the hotel were suppose to provide some sort of heater to warm the room. The beds were not that comfortable or up to the mark. The breakfast wre also not up to the mark according to the rent they take. But, the vibrant environment around the hotel was quite enjoyable. Hotel should provide some tour bas for the tourists to travel around the place, but they never did so.
Nightlife Tip:
Its very cold & fogy, even until 1pm.

i booked in for a world show case called room but i got a room like a chicken pen. originally in my booking it said only break fast is free but the hotel gave me voucher for the dinner buffet too. i had a suspicion whether it to compensate for a cheaper room they gave me the additional dinner for free but all queries were not answered by the hotel.the location is great because the theme park is also located in the same property you need not walk mile's as the hotel is in the theme park that's the only major advantage. coming back to the room i got it was like in a dungeon as i do not now whether it is day or night as the room was in land locked block that is to say that i could only see a another building block opposite to my room window.there's hardly any room in the toilet. the space squeezed too much. you feel like you are in can. but the room is clean and the housekeeping is good. you have hardly any room to move inside the room it is too congested and stuffy. it's ok to put up the night but not to relax and enjoy in the hotel. no way.

one area with Genting Indoor Theme Park, First World Plaza and Casino

Good Location, but the room is small. And There's old television inside the room ( no remote tv ).
