We from thailand and been there with wonderful time, when check in it doesn't show up our reservation don't know why but staff very helpful to find out then we get done so quick with kiosk service. The hotel area very large and the room is reasonable price every thing was fantastic and hopefully to see your guys next time

Budget prices, good view, complete amenities.

Comfortable beds, 2 pillows for each bed.
Temperature just right.
Buffet breakfast was chaotic as the crowd was overwhelming.
So difficult to move around as seating was too close.
Food was not bad, but should have more varieties as it was supposed to be internationl. Frustrating as there were long queues for the food .

The hotel is strategically situated at mid of genting where many other older hotels, casinos, amusement park, arcades, food are all within walkable distance.
Restaurant Tip:
Take a bus at the bus terminal to their mushroom farm, they serve pretty good fish slices there.

I stay for 2 days 1 night, its our first time to Genting, when we arrive it was crowded every where is pack with people! We don't kw where to start, luckily the stuff there is friendly and explain to us. Luckily we don't hv to Q and wait for room, book online (Agoda) jus register at the counter and u can go auto check in the machine will give u the room access card. (So easy)
The room is spacious clean and neat. It come with ceiling fan, a TV, a Sofa, min fridge and have bath tub also.....
Only thing I dislike about the hotel is the morning breakfast buffet, it horrible!! Food is every where on the floor on the table it's a horrible experience.... And people here is grabing the food like there is no tomorrow...!!! And there is people quarrelling. And it only rice, min sausage(dry up), curry chicken, ham(also dry up), bee hoon & some bread.... And it cost 32++ per entry.....(if you do not hv the free breakfast from the hotel!!)
