Great location but facilities is bad

The apartment is for 4 person, have 2 rooms, but master room have 1 queensize bed + 1 single bed and another 1 is a single bed, we is 2 couples, so have 1 couple sleep in a single bed.
Water heater cant work, and dont have hair dryer.

The room are was different from the photo in Agoda
The carpet are very dirty & kitchen facility are poor.The toilet condition is very bad no hot water at the common toilet as the water tank was faulty.I suggest this Apartment need to improved for housekeeping.

Although it is advertised as self contained apartment, there are no cooking utensils, cutleries etc provided.
Place look very much rundown and general upkeep need to be improved especially in the toilets and bathroom.
No housekeeping service provided?

overall its not bad, just the furniture are a bit old. many doors in the bathroom quick funny to play hide & seek in the house. The swimming pool is at the other blok but we enjoy it. Nothing surround night time, so make sure eat your supper or whatever before back to resort.

Dirty & did not do the maintenance nor preparation.
Inside apartment - matress acceptable but blanket a lot of dirty spot on it. Toilet yellowish & got a lot of small little flies.
The aluminium plat on the carpet floor broken & very, very sharp,
it can easily cut or hurt anybody.
Balcony with rubbish,did not clean up, atena left on the balcony floor.
Wash sink water blocked,technician can't over come the problem.
Cooking gas did not prepare for us, need to call to receiption for it.

We enjoyed our stay at your apartment but few things need to be improved in order to cater to family grp.Kitchen need to be equipped with kitchen utensil such as plate, small wok/pan etc.etc. Pool area is not clean. Room light not working (only one out off 3). Room
