"The worst hotel I ever stay"

This was the worst hotel I ever stay as I didn't expect the hotel to be so rundown and not maintain by the management. There were no toiletries supplied in the bathroom and there's no air-conditioner in the room. The furnitures are so old and the TV doesn't come with a remote control and I have to manually changed the channel, it's so inconvenient for me. The hotel is so deserted and it's not convenient if you don't drive there. There wasn't any restaurant or convenient store nearby for you to dine or get any toiletries or snack you needed. In the night it feel so eerie and in the day it feel so deserted as the hotel is like abandon condominium.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is suitable for those who want relaxation and peace of mind as the place is really quite and peaceful...

Simple and nice hotel
Security staff is doing great job !

I like the hotel security they make us feel being respect but the room is not in good condition, TV is not functioning and the bed got bad smell, wall is not sound proof.

Stay for one night there, a huge room and kitchen . Very nice for apartment stay but not recommend for couple.
The location very hard to get it. Even we are driving oso cos us some time to get in.
Any how, only a place for who are jz wan to rest for a night.

Poor service from the staff. Not a strategic location for you who would like to go to Theme Park etc. The shuttle service was very worse.
Hotel Feature Tip:
please make sure your are really know about the location of the hotel. Sometimes it is very isolated and not fun at all.it is difficult to you to go to sight seeing and any activities that you suppose to do there. it will ruin your holiday..believe me!!

the signboard to this hotel quite confusing as I reach there at night time, room quite big but old type with furniture a bit dusty.
maybe housekeeping not done sufficiently...

lovely hotel and great location

perfect and tranquility. worth to stay even for sideseeing, shopping, leisure and family reunion. the cold wheather makes me feel so calm and energize. worth for money and never regrets. in fact these was my 3rd times staying at GVR. :)
