Don't be expecting too much
good location, spacious apartment, can accommodate lot of people

We are having group trip around 10 pax. Would say it is spacious enough even for 12 people.
Water Heater will take sometime to heat up, but glad that it works (as temperature can drop to 15 degree at night).
Not particular clean, but acceptable for 2 star hotel.
Only thing is that you need to check in at Ria apartment, which is a little inconvenient.
Too tiring if walk to it, and if you drive, you've gotta make a big turn.
Suggestion to check in: Go straight to Ria Apartment for check in, rather than park at Kayangan.

i have go through a lot of trouble finding the lobby and the room.the staff doesn't even understand what i'm saying, it was so disappointing.but the room was okay ,pretty big and spacious

2. no proper guidance/instruction where to register.asked to wait at d location but no body turn up so as to collect back d deposit n return d keys.
3. very nice receptionist attitude..voice tone quite high.she never say sorry...
4.this was d 1st time of our travelling history to face such a bad service.
5.tv with 1 ch only interior bad.

Overall extremely bad, and no words could describe how bad it was. The check in process is completely ridiculous where you have to proceed to Ria apartment's laundry department to collect the key, pay a cash deposit, and carry bath towels in a plastic bag. When we drove back to Kayangan, we had to go to the 6th floor, where our room was, to meet up with a foreign housekeeping staff just to get a key to unlock our parking lot due to the limited parking bays for hotel guests! There were a total of 2 lifts from the 1970's, lack of service, smelly, slow and only takes no more than 5-6 passengers!!

Great location but old apartment.

Apartment is old and dirty. Toilet doors unable to lock. Even filled with hot water, but when we turned on the tab, there is no hot water. Abit noisy at night.

The apartment is not been maintain at all. We felt so disapointed with the place the moment we when in. Carpet is so smelly. Kicthen was dirty. Toilet was dirty and smelly too.
Not suitable to stay for a holiday.Furthermore no reception or anyone to pass us the keys, end up we have to walk all the way to Ria to collect the keys which this arrangement wasn't been notify from the day we booked.The staff there who handle the apartments was so rude. We cant stand the smell and end up we got to check out on the same day and look for a better place.
We wasted our money for this apartment. Would suggest whoever want to plan for their holiday in Genting, Kayangan would not be a recomended place to stay.

i feel very comfortable when i stay at this apartment. just 3 minit walking you will be at the theme park outdoor. but must remember, don't take a taxi if you don't know how to go kayangan apartment, just ask the hotel's staff. because, the taxi driver will cheat you and tell you the distance of kayangan apartment is very far. then you will pay RM15 for 500m only from skyway (firstworld hotel).

it was terrible.hotel from the outside looks dirty..inside tooo..service was terrible during check in..have to walk about 15 minutes just to check in in another hotel..room was okay...spacious but dirty..we can hear rats crawling in the night,,,everything was just a nightmare.
