Spacious and very nice hotel
Room very spacious, suitable for family

requested 2 adjacent room for 2 persons each. and they gave us 2 rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each. thumbs up.
the problem is just that you need to walk quite far from the cable car to reach this hotel.

Nice seafood restaurant at the hotel lobby, cheap and good. Seafood was fresh..
Near distance to theme park walk within 2 minutes you are able to reach...
However, the carpet was wet when we just went in and there was no bottle opener at the reception and the whole hotel..
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring a bottle opener if you are drinking.

theme park hotel is located for good position, near indoor and outdoor theme park. staff services is quite good. clean room and near hotel environment. the room is clear and safe, and very comfortable, suitable for the family with kids. walking distances to attracktion is not far, there is a lots of shops, restaurant, etc.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walking for a few minutes, you can enjoy indoor and outdoor theme park, with famous fastfoods around, and also the restaurants, or if you want something natural, a few minutes walk from hotel you can enjoy a view of nature on the top of the mountain.

we chose this hotel for it's proximity to the theme park and also partly because the cheaper first world was full. the place is quiet and offers a splendid view of kl. in the night you can see the glittering city with the petronas towers, beautiful! unfortunately it was raining and super cold when we arrived and couldn't do the rides. the hotel breakfast is well spread with consideration for indian & asian patrons too. it has a marrybrown outlet and couple of other places in the lobby in case you need a quick bite.
the room was clean and the staff helpful. no complaints whatsoever.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are traveling with luggage (anything that isn't allowed in the airline cabin), it'd be better to negotiate with the taxi drivers to take you up instead of the cable car. The hotel charges 25 MYR for up to 5 pieces of luggage and you pay for the cable car separately. We took a taxi for 30 MYR (haggled down from 40 MYR), worked out to be cheaper.

this hotel is recommended for traveler with children, very large room and near outdoor theme park, and the staff are very nice and helpful.
unfortunately the hotel's decoration is very old and need to be refurbished
Restaurant Tip:
the seafood restaurant near lobby is very good if you want to try fresh seafood at the mountain tip, quite an experience isn't it?

The location of theme park hotel was great, because it is beside the outdoor theme park, but i can't enjoy the theme park due to the weather condition,as expected in November it was raining and windy through out my stay there, but if given the opportunity i would like to go there once again in March when the weather is favorable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If the weather doesn't permit you to enjoy the outdoor theme park, you can always go to the indoor theme park, where it is more comfortable being inside a building.

Great location and newly renovated spacious room

the proximity of this hotel to the arena of stars makes it very convenient and is the most ideal hotel choice for us every time we visit genting highlands to patronise our favourite 'star' performances, the most recent being elton john. i would highly reoommend the deluxe package we got that comes with a complimentary breakfast for two persons and the variety and portions were generous. the hainan chicken rice at the happy
valley restaurant is still up to the mark as always been. most of the restaurants have free wifi which i find very helpful every time i wish to surf the internet.
