Lovely hotel with service with a smile
near to the outdoor theme park

great location as it's just warking distance to the outdoor theme park and it's fun all day long. the hotel staffs are very helpful expecially when my aunt came in walking without a reservation, the front desk took all the trouble to locate a room for her even when the hotel was fully booked. that was a great head start for the day!!!
Restaurant Tip:
Do try the Hainan Restaurant as they serve incredibly great food at a reasonable price (it is Genting anyway)

Theme Park Hotel is near outdoor theme park but quite far to reach indoor theme park especially at night with the heavy fog and slippery floor, must be carefully.
Restaurant Tip:
Fast food at Mary Brown inside Theme Park Hotel is very delicious and reasonable price.

Big rooms and valley facing
Ambience is good for the money you pay. They provide water bottles and potable water outlets are anyways available on each floor.

Kids enjoyed the view from the room and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast is great and there are many choices available. The restaurent supervisors and waiters were helpful and courteous.
The hotel can relook into some of the bath rooms where the slope to the drain is not quite right and water accumulates onto another side. They can also advice guests during check in to keep silence after 10pm since we noticed lots of movements and families talking loudly in the corridor till late.
Travel tip:
Keep warm clothes, umbrella as Oct-Nov could be cold and windy although most of the buildings, hotels, amusements park, shopping places are inter-connected with walkways, escalators

the rooms are spacious- deluxe. can accomodate 3 adults coz a queen size bed and a single bed provided. toilets are clean and well renovated. good value for the price paid!!

Near to the out door theme park, reasonable price, very comfortable, very cozy.

Surprising me because of the hospitality from the front desk and comfortable hotel with the reasonable price. I suggest for those who wants to stay at this hotel to book early because it always full house.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is just a drop from the theme park hotel door to the out door theme park and about 5 minutes walking distance to the in door theme park.
