Hotel room is big with great KL view at night. We went during New Year countdown, the firewall is located just beside theam park hotel.
Generally, the areas of improvement of the hotel are the room facilities and the foods.

We love to stay at this hotel,its spacious and great view from the room.but you will have to walk a little bit if you want to go to the first world resort because there's many store and food and attraction.so far the hotel was great,clean and value for money

at first, we were given rooms at 8th floor which is the old room and we need to walk along the hall way quite far to the elevator. then, we complained and they changed room at 9th floor for us. 9th floor rooms are newly renovated, so if u want to stay here, remember to ask for rooms at 9th floor for newly renovated rooms, or if they don't have any rooms at this floor, tell them that u want new rooms
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
theme park hotel is closest to the outdoor theme park of Genting, if u want to go to indoor plaza, just walk along the hall way outside the hotel, just walk along, u need not to go out of the hallway, since at night, the road outside it is very quiet and weather is quite cold

Shopping centre also inside first world hotel
Nightlife Tip:
If you want to go to the casino at night it's not the best to stay at this hotel.

We accidentally left our ipad in the room. We are lucky that Theme park hotel staff are honest and friendly. They kept the ipad safety for us to pick it up later. Thumb up to the housekeeping staff.
