it was a pleasant stay. the room setting was cosy, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the toilet was spacious. it was very accessible to the theme park and the breakfast at hainan express at hotel lobby was good! it also helped to have a small watson outlet at hotel lobby.

The breakfast selection at Hainan Express was good and value for money

Nice hotel with big rooms

We stayed three night in Theme Park Hotel. The room is big and clean but the bed is not comfortable (can feel the spring) and need to be changed. No hair dryer in room unless upon request. The CRT TV channel is not clear. Have nice view and near the Old Town Coffee restaurant.

I have stayed in all the hotels in Genting before and Theme park is the most value for money hotel. The room is huge, deluxe room actually has a queen size bed and a single bed! The toilet comes with a bathtub! Only con is the soap which is a 3-in-1.
There is a fridge in the room! And there is a fan. Another con is that there is no aircon so during hot summer days it might be quite warm. But the time we went was good and cooling, so a fan speed of 1 is more than enough. The view at the room was great. Right at the japanese garden and down the hill.
Would choose theme park easily over first world, which only wins at its location. But theme park hotel, if you walk outside, is a mere 5min walk from first world plaza. And its a cooling nice walk!
Of course, compared to genting hotel and resort hotel and highlands hotel, theme park doesnt look as beautiful. However, the price is very cheap, as compared to all the other hotels in genting.
Will stay here again! =) Has good bfast downstairs. Hainan express is good! Happy valley restoran sells decent family food as well:)
