Suitable for family stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is less crowded and quiet compare to others hotel in Genting. Very convenient for those want to visit theme park. Is recommended to family with kids to stay here. However the hotel a bit old, need to be upgrade.

this was my first visit to genting highlands, before booking i was looking for good hotel which should be comfortable to both my wife and my small kid. i had gone through few reviews and selected theme park hotel and had requested for non-smoking, high floor and large bed. when i checked in to hotel i was happy that my entire request was provided and also had excellent view. hotel is also connected to indoor theme park and is just outside the outdoor theme park.

The only cons are the inconvenience access to amenities which are all clustered in First World Hotel. It is about 10 minutes walk there. And they charge SGD1 or 1.50 for a pair of bedroom slippers. But other than this, it is nice and clean. With bigger room and window.

Theme Park Hotel, just like the name, located adjacent to the Genting Highland theme park. Very good access to all attractions in Genting Highland. The room is spacious enough for me, my hubby & my little boy. Most of all, the interior of the hotel was very attractive for my little boy. Overall we had a great time in Genting Highland.

came genting highland by bus. the hotel location is a bit far from station, we hv to walk & went up-down many elevators. the reception was less of smile and less of friendly. the room is great. cld c nice outside view from window. wld like to come there again, not becoz of the staff but the view.
