This is my first experience in a hotel to find ants crawling all over the bedside table! No hand towels at all and the bedsheets should have been discarded ages ago. Same goes with the Blankets. Pillows can hardly support the head which was why we requested for additional pillows and were turned down saying they have to keep pillows for guests who makes requests for extra beds. Come on, the hotel was hardly occupied! We didn't even bother to check out the breakfast buffet but when into town instead

ants on the bedside tables, washbasin counter in bathroom. Beddings condition pathetic. Request for additional pillow turned down by housekeeper saying hotel is full when it is half empty!
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A visit to the Sam Poh Tong Cave Temple would be interesting for foreigners. Try to check out the local eateries famous for beansprouts and steamed chicken.

Service of staff is exceptionally good. I asked for a power adapter and they take different ones for 4 times.
- Nightlife Tip : 1-5 pm at Ipoh is a dead city. Most shops closed. After 6 pm is another world, a lot of activities and traffic too.
