Hotel has a great location.Very near to the bus station and city center.My room was at a high floor with a great view on the Turf club.Food in the resturant was really good and cheap.I find that it was much cheaper to eat in the resturant than to eat out in a hawker's center.

so far everything is ok except the room air-con was not enaught cool in the afternoon and the breakfast charges RM 17 for children below age 12 is a bit expensive for me if according to 3 stars standard hotel.

My stay was just a short stay. Noise was heard throughout the whole night. Didn't want to use the hotel towels - old and tardy. Car Park dim and beyond capacity when they have a function. I suggest priority should be given to guest with cars.

Room is clean and big. Breakfast is mouth watering with many choices!

Good location, few minutes drive to town area. Staffs were very friendly to great us during arrival. (Pay attention to your Tambun Biscuit, as ants also welcome our arrival) overall, will stay again at Heritage Hotel the next visit to Ipoh.

The hotel location and economy rooms are the main plus. But the hotel has real poor service. Even toothbrush needs to pay!!
