feel nice and comfortable after renovation. room and bed is quite ok. bathroom is clean, but the wifi signal is weak. Driving distance to town is around 10 mins.

one of the best hotel in Ipoh

Heritage is the choice hotel for me whenever I visit Ipoh for work. The basement car park is decent compared to some other hotel and the room is also spacious. Although the hotel seems dated but it is actually quite comfortable, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast is spread is good.
Restaurant Tip:
Jusco Kinta city shopping mall has a fantastic restaurant which we like to dine in The restaurant name is Wok Sifu located at the first floor below the escalator to the cinema. We love they food and the price is very reasonable too.

Desperate Only stay if you have no Choice.

Absolutely Dire, we stayed here because Ipoh was full. Paid for a deluxe King got a crappy twin. Staff were rude when we asked to be moved. Room was outdated, smelled and generally desperate..
DO NOT STAY HERE unless sleeping in your car is the inly alternative.
They didn't even acknowledge us when we left in the morning.
The only noce staff were the door men

The hotel staff are pleasent and often wanting to please the guest. However, the hotel is in need of a big renovation. The rooms are old and tired but clean. I am sure once the renovation work takes place, this hotel will be the hotel to stay in Ipoh due to it's ideal location. If you drive, parking can also be a problem.

the hotel itself was unique in a sense that unlike typical corridors, it had a nice view of the hotel breakfast area form the hotel room entrance. very-very big and comfortable rooms. but the floor was sticky and oily. my room also had a leak under the bathroom sink. anyway, overall, the stay was pleasant.

We have stay this hotel several times, but for this time room arrangement in the corner of the floor.Became curtain of the room can't cover all and caused sunlight bright in early morning.Furthermore,noisy at night until 11 something because of one of Malay company held dinner on that night.
But, overall services was good.
