Average room size hotel with satisfactory service.
Great location near restaurants with good food.

Hotel is situated at a good convenient location with walking distance to best food in Ipoh. The hotel staffs are friendly and provide prompt room service. The furniture and fixtures are old but the room and towels are clean. You will never go hungry at night as there are good eateries around the hotel area.

the location is absolutely great is just walking distance to food street with famous chicken rice shop'Lou Wong' and at the morning famous dim sum 'Fu Shan' is just behind the hotel

the hotel is 1min walking distance to 2 very famous Ipoh chinese 'dim sum'. the hotel breakfast not good, don eat. the air-con control is very old fashion, not easy to control. is very cold, can not sleep well. the bed also very soft, like the mattress spring is loose. very old hotel and have a strange smell.
Restaurant Tip:
very near to 2 famous chinese 'dim sum'-'fu shan' and 'ming ker', should try. just behind the hotel.

Hotel is very very old . Bedsheet is very dirty.
Toilet flush is faulty.
Poor vendalation & quite smelly ( carpet)

Good Location but badly need an uplift
Food and all within walking distance from hotel. Wifi and wired network inside room.

Check-in is efficient. Need to put RM300 deposit. Have a total of 5 lifts serving the rooms. Wait time is good. Excellent location and good wifi coverage. Also available is wired network in the room. Great when travelling for business or leisure. Furniture and toilet need facelift.

The frontdesk staff is very polite and nice. The room is around 2 - 3 stars hotel level. More on motel level instead of hotel level. The cleanliness level is only average level.

Hotel located at the heart of city, staffs are very frendly and good smiling. Hotel rooms are spaces but the unlimited car park lots is the only disatisfied to me. Surrounding hotel can found the nice foods like famous Fo Shan Dim Sum, Lou Wong and On kee Tauge Ayam, nice bean curd and many others local nice foods.

Hotel interior looks old. same goes to the room. in terms of cleaniness, is fine. Air cond - is too cold, not temperature control
Shopping Tip:
Foh Sun Dim Sum - bad service. my first time there. nobody tells me that it is on self service until I have waited for 10 minutes. Paid & went to the next door restaurant.
