Good location, quite spacious room slow service at reception, hotel looks old, I was in Ipoh during the New Year's weekend and stayed at Impiana hotel for one nite. Upon checking in at around 12pm, i was told that my room was not ready and was asked to come back at around 3 - 4 pm!! I told the staff that this was ridiculous and asked to have the room clean up by 2pm latest, which they did.

As general, this hotel is good. Especially the buffet breakfast is great. Differents variety of food was prepared by the hotel. We really enjoy it, and it is free for children. Since, I am driving there, the hotel is easily to locate even I am the first time to stay in this hotel. Some more, it is near to the town area. It is very easy for the people who stay in this hotel to go arough the town. They are some hawker, and food stalls just about 10 minutes walk distance from the hotel, so very easy for us to find food. So, I think, in my the next time visit, most propobly I will stay again in this hotel.

The building need to re-paint The hotel environment is good and nice ... Pools side view is the best . Foods are delicious and got a lot of variety. Good services provided by the hotel.
