Overall is quite comfortable, however, there are a few things that the hotel need to be concerned or improved which are the TV program quality and no refrigerator.

Reasonably priced impromptu getaway

We and another couple only planned to go to the Lost World resort the day before checking in. It was an impromptu trip and a quick check showed Agoda had the best deal for it. We decided to stay in the resort (luckily, other hotels are actually out of walking distance range) so I will split this review for the hotel, and for the theme park.
Theme Park: It was very small, suitable for people who don’t want to cover too much ground in one day. What were on the official website are ALL the attractions they had. Even though it’s small, the attractions are well managed. The staff can be seen to inspect & clean the rides thoroughly after each and every run. We’re impressed. The petting zoo is a must to visit. The animals appear as well as can be expected in captivity, caretakers appear to be good-natured. Don’t miss the Tiger enclosure, they too, look well taken care of. They have a big area with a pool and shaded bushes if they want privacy from viewers. TIP: feeding show is 3pm everyday. Another TIP: the weather is HOT! Wear a hat and bring a fan if you can. Also, there are many stalls selling cool drinks to beat the heat. Problem, not sure about the wetpark, but have to BRING OWN TOWEL for hotsprings.
Hotel: (Common Area) Check in was quite pleasant, hotel is clean and quite new looking. Guards speak English and are helpful, car park is outdoors some trees for shade. They have only Pappa Rich café in the hotel, free breakfast is served at the entrance of the theme park. Disabled friendly. (Room) Decent complimentary wifi available. Room is spacious and VERY CLEAN. Coffee & Tea provided. Bathroom is clean and modern. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrushes provided. Guests are allowed to bring hotel bathtowels to the wetpark/hotsprings. Have to ready RM50 per room for deposit returned on checkout. Room comes with 2x breakfast, 2x10% discount on theme park tix, 2x free entrance to night hotspring, 2x free mocktails at the lousy SS lounge.
