Great service, good people, nice location
own parking guard security, thoughtful service where staff cleaning the front and rear wind-screens for the parked vehicles , free soft drinks for guest in room.

Interesting stay
Was on a photography related tour operating from Regalodge for three days and was an interesting stay as the staff were helpful, location good and walking distance to many eateries besides the hotel restaurant, The room and toilet clean.. Would recommend any to make their stay at this hotel.

Never Again
Disappointing customer service when asked for a tax invoice (for GST claiming purpose), was told can only get receipt from Agoda, no tax invoice from them because we made payment to Agoda. Why other hotels booked via Agoda can? No smile or friendly speaking tone from staff. Little details add up as well - only two bath towels, no small towels; not so well maintained room facilities; pillow sheets with word "STD" on it (hopefully it means standard); toilet doesn't look clean to me (a towel was placed on top of the toilet bowl for whatever reason...) by the way who puts potato chips (complimentary) in the fridge? If you have complimentary breakfast, it only includes a main dish and a beverage, anything extra will incur a fee. It can be hard to get a parking as well. Next time I visit Ipoh, I rather head to the next door hotel.

Great service, good people, nice location
It was a comfortable stay for 2 days. The room The hotel is 10 mins walk away from hospital and also near to many nice eateries. But the best is their service. Even though we bothered them with many requests, they were prompt in answering them and really patient with us no matter when. Would consider staying there next time i visit ipoh!

Warm stay
This is our third or 4th stay. We like the 'no waste' non buffet style breakfast that prevents us from eating ourselves silly. Especially as there are plenty of lunch, dinner and supper choices nearby. We changed rooms twice. First we moved because they checked us into a smaller room than what we requested n paid for. Unfortunately the air-conditioning didn't work. So they moved us after the first night as the air-cond could not be fixed. The air-cond worked better in the third room but this is in the non-refurbished 4th level where the corridor and room looked decidedly aged but nevertheless is adequate. While having breakfast, we noticed a staff cleaning the front and rear wind-screens of the parked vehicles and thought that was a really thoughtful service to the hotel guests. Unfortunately, ours was amongst the couple of vehicles not cleaned during our stay. A little disappointing!

got massage and spa within own building , own parking guard security. free cola and 100plus for guest in room.. that is nice..
