Good break from the city!

My stay in Banjaran was a very pleasent stay there and it is indeed something I will repeat again. I just went there for 1 night on my way back from Penang. It was just so lovely from the minute I steped into the compound. It is isolated and the surrounding was very quiet. Just perfect for a relaxing getaway and a cut off from the hustle an dbussle of the city. I took the garden villa and it had a private pool around the verendah area, a very large and comfy bed. The wash area also was very spacious. The back had a private jacuzzi with the geothermal water. The whole room was clean. If only i could come home to this atmosphere everyday - bliss!

Banjaran was an extraordinary and rare experience.
1) Its natural set-up 2) Overall Privacy 3) The place's ability to rejuvenate mind, body & soul.

It was excellent and we achieved all 3 things above despite a small technical failure ('do not disturb' function not working and staff just walked in when we were in our villa.

A pleasant surprise to find a resort located in a busy town, cleverly done with nature in mind. Took a night walk - found frogs sitting on lotus leaves, what a view! Took a morning walk the next day - met by two pheasants and found four Rajah Brooke butterflies, what a pleasant surprise!
