- Quiet surrounding and well maintain resort - there was a glitch on the electric power at midnight, may be hotel can prevent this better This is the second time i have stayed in the hotel. This time i stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with very beautiful layout in its bathroom, bedroom, living room and small dining room. A refrigerator, and 2 TVs are provided with good choice of cable channel to get my kids entertained. Room is also cleaned, they have internal audit as well where someone will check randomly with the guests whether the room has been cleaned.
On the other note, I experienced excellent service dining in Qing Palace Restaurant, they provided advice on the food choices considering my children preferences, the food is also reasonably priced. Security personnel is quite friendly and they control tightly with 2 station when entering the location.
Excellent for family, golfer and weekend getaway.
Shopping Tip : There is nearby shopping center near the hotel at Pulai Utama. They got Giant supermarket, small shops, etc.

Wonderful hotel with 5 star facilities and greenery Super slow check in and check out service This is a wonderful getaway as it is situated away from the town area and within an area with a lot of greenery. Wonderful room and swimming pool. Good breakfast. Unfortunately, check in and check out service is slow and not responsive. Even make up rook service is slow and do not replenish toiletries for hotel guests.
Restaurant Tip : Good Complimentary buffet breakfast

Nice Golf course surrounding the resorts. Nice feeling. A bit old with the room amenities and some hotel conditions. near some upgrading The resort has a good Location, it is a good short getaway for Singaporean:)
