Great place to stay Excellent service in the Anugra suites Lovely ambience
Bit noisy 2 weddings going on and all day prior to the weddings the sound systems were playing music full blast.
Unfortunatly we only had 1 night stay at the pulia springs in the Anugra suites but we got the taste of the place and will certainly return.We did have difficulty finding the resort as some of the road signs are misleading .The golf course we played was really good and challenging.A place to relax and unwind friendly staff and good service We will be returning for a few nights next time.
Hotel Feature Tip : For a peaceful getaway stay in the Anugra suites No children allowed a bit more costly than the main hotel but well worth it.

1. Excellent value for money.
2. Very friendly staff upon arrival.
3. Room was very comfortable with everything we needed.
4. All round hotel met and beat expectations.
5. Only played one course. Pulai Springs. Very good test.
6. All other facilities up to standard.
7. When we visited I wanted to see the Champions League Final (football between Manchester United and Barcelona.) The hotel management did a superb job is getting it made available.
1. Lack of guests midweek.
2. Breakfast was 5/10. Didn't understand why the egg cooking facility was redundant most of the time yet wouldn't provide omeletes. Strange!
The whole facility is outstanding. Very suitable for golfing groups as well as families. Chinese restaurant was very good and the Gleneagles restaurant was good value and very good food. My comment ref omelets should not distract from a hotel I would definitely re-visit. Really liked the golf course. Strongly recommend.
Travel tip : Didn't venture outside the hotel.

Staff initiative to attend to guests needs, my request was left unattended, for room menu which they claim no replacement. Far from shopping district in the city. Only nearby expensive shopping center.
I was excited to be there, hoping to unwind my busy mind. No doubt it was nice with greenery around but I find it disappointing when there was a missing file of room service menu and other service menu the resort normally has.
My fridge was left unclosed and not functioning properly that left my birthday cake to melt(ice cream). When i asked for menu to be sent, it took me almost 2 hours and i wasted my 2D1N stay partly due to waiting for menu,waiting for food to arrive etc.
Shopping Tip : go to jusco aeon for stone grill food..it is cool.
