poor service, stay in the hotel twice .. strictly can only book in at 2 pm even on weekdays ?? room fully book ... location is walking distance to ksl shopping mall ..

overall a good stay. value for money for the price you pay. cant ask for too much though.
breakfast buffet wasnt very up to standard and you could probably get much better food outside.
Hotel just implemented a new scheme whereby you have to pay first for car parking (RM5) and then will reimburse when check out. parking lots seem quite limited.
do not get the rooms facing the hotel car park as it is next to a row of shophouses whereby one of which is a KTV/music bar which blast their music late into the night. even on high floors it's still quite audible.

The location was good nearest to Shopping Mall,the room just nice for small family and the service was ok. I will come back to stay again.
Shopping Tip:
New shopping mall with a lot of choices from food to all necessary things to buy.

Restaurant Tip:
near there have a bak kut teh restaurant, is quite nice..must try..

We stayed 1 nite at the hotel. Upon check-in, the duty manager in charge was very friendly and attend to all our needs. However, the lift is abit small. When we went up to the room, to our suprise, it is very new, clean, cosy and nice. All the basic amenities are provided in the room. The only thing is that, watch your step when you open the door as there is 2 or 3 steps staircase and little bit noisy from outside as it is near the karaoke lounges and clubs. Nevertheless, our whole stay was pleasant and it is worth the price that you are paying!

i will be back in this hotel ..the location is very good,lots of good food to chose from..and very near to shopping centre.only that they mention in the agoda site that the hotel provide shuttle to resort but that was not the case when i went to enquire with the hotel supervisor...so i think that they should erase that from the information given in the agoda site..

lots of food to chose from the street just down the hotel..

I have been staying in this for a couple of years. Everything seems to be the same. except that the things are getting a little worn.
locations is geeting so much better as more shops and admendities are growing due the shopping mall beside it.
