Firstly, service is good. We can take a look at each of the room and decide which one we prefer. Reception was very nice. Secondly room is nice with all the deco and it's very unique. Thirdly, the hotel should decide to place a minibar or mini fridge in the room. Lastly, breakfast spread was not so great but was still okay. Overall i enjoy my stay there.

Lovely Hotel!

2nd stay @ Bliss Boutique hotel. Good experience on the overall. However, had some mosquito and spider issues with Room 1-98. Didn't have such problems for the previous 2 rooms I had so I suppose it's only for this room. My friend got about 10 bites and we finally managed to locate said mosquito. Found a couple of small spider-like bugs in the toilet as well (killed them, but found new ones the next morning). Also, some minor stains on the blanket.
Other than the above, still enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would revisit. Great service! Keep it up!

Location is ok, but rooms dirty

Pros : Staff are friendly and responsive. Security is good.
Cons : Bedsheet are dirty, changed to another room and still dirty, we can found 'hairs' on the bed. There is a smell in the air the moment you step into the hotel.

Room without window. Bed is comfortable, though bedsheet has some brown stains here and there, still acceptable. Bad point is the toilet and the bathroom. Have hairs and some junk left by previous occupant.

not so value for money hotel. room is big but outdated... for a 4 stars hotel, the room come with a crt tv and there is no free wifi nor internet. the hotel description mentioned of wifi in public area but still you need to pay for this service.
this is very odd when you thing other smaller and 2 stars hotels are providing free wifi and a led tv.
even the tv programs is not worth it, there is no hbo nor other movies channel, only one sport channel. description also mentioned of satelitte tv.
forgot to mentioned, i found a small cockroach walking on the bed when i first move in th room.
the only good point about hotel is that it is near holiday plaza and ksl. and a few hawker nearby

Suprisingly great hotel

I was quite sceptical before booking this hotel, never thought that JB would have such a beautiful hotel, especially i have been staying in JB since i was 9. This is definitely a good find and would highly recommend my friends to stay if they are coming to JB for a short getaway.

Small but Nice Hotel
The design for each room is different, next to Pelangi Mall

The Hotel is not a very big one, but it is located on the main road. Room design is different from 1 to another.
We actually stayed 2 nights but due to the non-availability of Family room on the 1st night, we are provided with 2 deluxe rooms and then moved to Family room on the 2nd night.
It is easy for us to find as it is near to Pelangi Mall.
We are staying in this hotel while we are taking day trip to Singapore.
The hotel is very near to the JB Check point for crossing to Singapore, cost about Rm 7-8 by Taxi to the Check Point.
Thus, for us, this hotel is very convenient.
It is also easy to get foods here, you can get it either in Pelangi Mall or you could walk a little bit further and you may find several food stalls around.
