Lovely hotel near JB central

The room is beautiful and big and the only con was the lift maintenance on one of the 2main lifts.
We love the interior design and the aircon Is good as compared to other hotel with poor aircon ventilation.

The hotel is located right next to the City Square Mall.
It is very convenient.
Exterior of the hotel looks new and refreshing.
However, we will kind of disapointed when we checked into the family suite.
The family suite does not look as big as it seems in the picture.
Walls and blankets were kind of dirty.
Recommended for short stays.

a nice hotel but i splashed out so dont have many similarly priced hotels to compare it to. however i think its a great hotel, friendly staff and close to the rail link to singapore, city square mall and the night market. a few dodgy characters around the area at night so watch yourself!
internet (wifi) in my room was sooo slow but a call to reception and they sent tech up straight away. he set me up on a new wifi network which was fast. reception called after to check all was ok which was a nice touch

location is central. nearby to sentral station, shopping mall.
problem is with parking, if you driving park at your own risk, either at sentral or nearby shopping mall.
lifts are small, hardly fit 5 persons. only one of the two was functioning during our stay.
rooms are spacious, bathrooms clean, and 32 inches tv.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the nearby duck king or teochew noodles

nice customer services, clean & tidy room, nice food, very near to Singapore border

no parking is the most headache thing. i have to park my car in the basement of the shopping center and walk back to the hotel. moreover, i have to pay for the parking fees. I think the hotel should bear the fees for us. overall i am quite satisfied with the condition and services of this hotel.
