This is our 2nd stay and we are very happy with the room and services. value for money for the room and location. however, im disappointed with the breakfast quality and the cushion seats by the windows are quite dirty.

close to SG border checkpoint & accessible to mall & transport hub

the hotel was ok & the staff were very nice. buffet breakfast was quite simple (nothing fancy, just a few choices of bread, rice & typical breakfast items) enough to fill.
downside experience was the room not being thoroughly cleaned. we arrive to find ants around the bed & had to call housekeeping to cleanup a little more.
