Food not very delicious at the cafe.

Nice hotel, interesting area
Close to th immigratinon, shoppingcenter and local eateries

The staff is very friendly and helpful - greets you with a smile whatever. The hotel itself has been renovated recently and the rooms are fine - but the rooms to the street are very noisy, as the locals race on motorbikes thru the night..
The breakfast is simple - mostly asian nad I did miss some fresh fruit.

One of the best value for money hotel in JB
Location near immigration, close to shopping and dining area

Certainly value for money. Walking distance from Immigration to Singapore and very near JB central where plenty of shopping and dining can be found. Hotel is clean with Small room, comfy bed and wifi connection was smooth this time round. For the price paid, you get more than you expected.

Hotel location is very close to JB Central that can be achieved simply by walking distance, also with friendly helpful staff. Overall I feel pleasant to stay in this hotel, and I think I'm gonna back to stay in if I back to JB again someday.

Lots of food nearby the hotel, oustanding Pad Thai by the corner of the hotel

Hotel room is clean and nicely decorated with some cracks on some tiles.
Hotel staff is friendly and provided multi plug and hair dryer upon request.
But the hotel is located in a noisy environment with music being played loudly late into the night.

Great Service with poor laundry service
Cafeteria staff saved the hotel. Great service generally though way better in the cafe

Hotel sheets and pillowcases stained somehow. Hotel may have used external laundry services which do not clean properly. There is even hair found in the bed sheets.
Almost moved out after the first night but the cafeteria staff saved the day with their excellent service and great breakfast buffet. We decided to stay on as the service there is great.
