The staffs were amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was nice and spacious. Great location since the hotel is located so close to the JB central.
I will stay there next time travel to JB.

The location of the hotel is adjacent and very accessible from the immigration check point's building. There are plenty of stores and night market surrouding the hotel's complex.
The room was spacious. The breakfast selection was also quite okay.

Citrus Hotel is 3 star hotel but the feature of the room does not look like 3 star hotel. Room is spacious but only one small table provided. Location is very strategic just opposite city square mall and walking distance to malaysia custom. Food is just around the corner.

I stayed there with my bro for 2 night.
First breakfast was not impressing much. Maybe we were not get used to the food there but next day is fine
Location is great! City square is close.
There're many shops around; easily find local food.
Taxi is cheap. I suggest you take taxi since we got lost because of taking the bus already!
All staffs are nice. They really helpful.
Anyway we took the bus from Singapore and this hotel is just on another side of immigration.
Shopping Tip:
Malaysia is good place for shopping i'd say.
Everything is quite cheap there.
There is outlet in JB as well.
You can easily take the bus (it's directly to the outlet -- around 45 mins) but check bus schedule first. Probably there is bus every 2 hrs.

Great location but no car park facilitiy

I/we had made the online hotel booking through agoda for 2 nights stays on 27/12/2012 and 28/12/2012 with Deluxe Rooms included breakfast.
We arrived the hotel early at about 11.30am but the room had not available for us to check in. As such,we left our luggage at the check in counter with the assistant agreement to assist us to proceed the room check in later before we departed our tour to Singapore.
However, when we returned from our tour late at night around 12midnight, we was told that only One Deluxe Room + One Standard Room available for checked in which was not as per our booking confirmation ! The hotel manager told us that Agoda will refund us the difference of One Night Hotel Rate (ie diffence between Deluxe & Standard room rate)to my credit card account. For your info., on 28/12/2012, we got Two Deluxe Rooms as per booking.
We hope Agoda will refund the difference room rate to my credit card account accordingly.

Rooms are clean
Bathroom is clean and look very modern
Need to pass 2 doors before we get to the rooms is inconvenient if you have lots of bags.
Several occasion of power trips in the rooms
No stopping bay for taxi or tranport to pick up/drop off.
